The Diversity at the Border Process Excellence event took place on September 28th. It was organized by the Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council. The event offered sessions addressing essential topics related to Diversity and process excellence in the industry.

The sessions included a roundtable discussion between buyers and suppliers, presentations from the UTEP Aerospace Center, opportunities to learn how to do business with corporate member Caterpillar, opportunities to learn how to do business with corporate member Caterpillar, discussions on the future of energy, a supplier diversity summit, access to capital, and valuable networking opportunities.

We recognize the importance of Diversity in the industry and how it can drive innovation and economic growth. Impulse Through Sports

At DMD Custom Crates & Boxes, sports play a pivotal role in our approach to growth and success. Our involvement in the local Academia league, with matches scheduled for Thursdays at 7 p.m., represents a critical element of our team-building and skill-development strategy.

Our team comprises 14 members, each hailing from different company areas, including Quality, Shipping, Reels, Cleaning, Safety and Hygiene, Engineering, Procurement, and Production. Through competition in the Academia League, we foster collaboration, perseverance, and dedication among our employees. The lessons learned on the playing field directly translate into our commitment to process excellence and support for economic growth in businesses across Mexico.
